Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Dominici Pro Lab decides to extend the aforementioned term from 14 to 30 days, therefore it will be possible for the Customer to withdraw from the purchase contract up to 30 days after the day of receipt of the products purchased online. In the case of multiple purchases made by the Customer with a single order and delivered separately, the term of 30 days starts from the date of receipt of the last product.

The Customer who intends to exercise the Right of Withdrawal must communicate this to Dominici Pro Lab by completing the “Withdrawal Request” downloadable from our website at the page www.dominiciprolab.com/spedizioni-resi.

After having filled in ALL the fields in this form, the Customer must send it by email to info@dominiciprolab.it.

Dominici Pro Lab informs that it will NOT be possible to return a product in a different packaging from the original one with which Dominici Pro Lab sent the product at the time of purchase.

Dominici Pro Lab informs that it is NOT possible to carry out withdrawal actions for products that show signs of wear, damage or alterations. The right of withdrawal is excluded for customized products, which therefore cannot be returned, refunded or replaced.

The direct costs incurred in returning the products are entirely borne by the Customer.
